Processing and Transit Times
Most Castelbajac merchandise ships from our overseas warehouse. The average processing time is 7–14 business days before your order reaches our U.S. distribution center.
Once your order arrives in the U.S., USPS or UPS transit times apply based on the shipping method you selected.
⚠️ Please note: UPS 2nd Day and 4 Day shipping options apply only to the U.S. domestic transit time and do not shorten the overseas processing period.

Lost Package

If tracking shows “Delivered”, Anew Golf is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.

If you purchased Order Protection, you may file a claim for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels.
